Appointments for viewing our collection require at least one week’s notice. Duplicate folders from our archive are freely accessible in the Richmond Library during library hours.

NOTE: we request appointments so that we can best meet the research needs of everyone in our community. As a volunteer-run organisation, we do our best to provide a service that is equitable, timely and supportive. Making an appointment helps us achieve that.

 

Access

The Women’s Art Register is located within the basement level of Richmond Library on Church Street in Richmond.

Limited free parking is available at the rear of the library on Charlotte Street. Free two-hour parking is also available in neighbouring streets. East Richmond Station is a 3 minute walk away, and trams stop on both Swan and Church Streets.

Accessible parking bays are available on Charlotte Street. Ramp access is available at the entrance on Church Street. An accessible bathroom is located on the same level as W.A.R.
